Spiritual counselling is a useful way to view life and its challenges from a higher perspective. Everything that happens to you is approved by your soul for your growth. You are guided every day towards the things you want to create/experience here on earth. The essence of your desires is often to feel loved, valued and seen. Throughout our lives, we embark on journeys of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-love, ultimately realizing that we already have everything we need within us. It is possible to live a life full of joy and light because everything is a reflection of our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and behaviour, and therefore of ourselves.
During a spiritual counselling session, we look at your goals, your challenges, the steps you can take, what you are learning, and how you want to continue on your path. My questions will help you discover deeper truths and inner knowledge that you already have within you.

5 ESSENTIAL STEPS TO REACH YOUR DREAMS
(1) Set a clear, specific goal / intention
What exactly do I want? Describe the goal in great detail.
e.g. "I want a flat stomach with a six-pack, so that I can wear a nice beach outfit during the summer and feel good about myself."
Why do I truly want something/what is the essence of my wish?
e.g. "The essence of a flat stomach might be the wish for more self-acceptance."
How can I experience more self-acceptance now without having achieved my goal, and thus already feel the essence of my wish?
e.g. "Write in a journal how grateful I am for my body as it is now."
(2) Balance purposeful action with intuitive reflection
What concrete steps can I take to reach my goal? How can I keep track of my progress?
e.g. "I will go to the gym on monday to do a 20-minute workout for my stomach. I will eat proteins daily. I will go cycling once a week. I will keep track of my weekly progress using my workout app".
What am I feeling when working towards this goal? Is there anything I need to adjust?
e.g. "After training together and talking to my friend, I felt better about my progress. I'll ask her to join me sometimes."
(3) Calm your mind and (emotional) body
By calming your mind, body, and emotions, you'll be better able to make the right decisions, take the necessary steps to achieve your goals, and feel more satisfied overall. This way you are more open to the desired result.
Calm your mind by:
Meditating (sitting quietly for a moment)
Keeping a journal
Walking in nature
Creating art
Listening or playing music
Sleeping
Doing mindful movements/exercises
Anything that makes you feel good and allows you to be present in the moment
Calm your emotions by:
Talking and opening up to others
Asking for emotional support from loved ones
Breathing exercises
Crying
Singing
Doing something nice for yourself (giving yourself a gift, eating a delicious meal, doing a fun activity)
Listening to pleasant music
Performing a self-care ritual (taking a shower/bath, lighting a candle, getting a massage, going to the sauna)
(4) Practice gratitude & self-love
Appreciate all the good things you already have to experience a sense of joy. You will instantly feel better in the moment, be proud of the progress you have made so far and have the same feeling as if you already have what you wanted. This way you will also appreciate the fulfillment of your wish when it becomes reality.
Your thoughts and words are powerful. By talking kindly to yourself, you honor yourself. At times you may have negative thoughts or experience moments that feel like setbacks, but positive thoughts can overshadow these. Be gentle with yourself and give yourself lots of compliments on the way to your goal.
(5) Be patient and enjoy your life❤️
Some wishes take longer to fulfill than others. They may require many shifts and changes in your inner world. Start living and feeling as if your wish is already there, and you will feel good as you patiently wait for your desire to come true. Ultimately, it's not the goal that matters, but the journey to get there.
